Defendants-appellants Andrea and Juho Lorenzo, following a four-day jury trial of a four-count superseding indictment before Donald E. Walter, Visiting Judge, 1 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, were convicted of conspiracy to import cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 960 and 968 (Count 1); and conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846 (Count 3).
