OPINION

RIDGWAY, Judge.

In this action, Plaintiff contests the revocation of his customhouse broker’s license, which resulted from his failure to file a triennial status report with the U.S. Customs Service (now the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection) in February 2003. 1

Now pending before the Court are Plaintiffs Motion to Transfer Case to Federal District Court and his supporting memorandum of points and authorities (“Plaintiffs Brief’), seeking the transfer of this action to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
