In an action for divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Janowitz, J.), dated January 3, 2013, which granted the defendant’s motion to set aside the parties’ stipulation of partial settlement.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof granting the defendant’s motion in its entirety and substituting therefor a provision granting that branch of the motion which was to set aside the provision of the parties’ stipulation of partial settlement relating to child support, and otherwise denying the…
