DECISION ON MOTION TO REJECT EXECUTORY LICENSING AGREEMENT

INTRODUCTION

Chapter 11 debtor G. Licensing, Ltd., formerly known as Gitano Licensing, Ltd., with the support of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”), moves 1 to reject a certain executory license agreement (the “License”) with the John Forsyth Company, Inc. (“Forsyth”).
