Factual Background

On August 4, 2014, Alexander Nissan, Inc. (“Alexander Nissan”) filed a complaint against Maritz, LLC (“Maritz”) and Northwoods Auto, Inc. d/b/a Northwoods Nissan (collectively, “NorthwoodsNissan”). *100The complaint contains ten counts related to the alleged wrongful disclosure and/or access by Defendants of Alexander Nissan’s valuable customer list.
