This is the Court’s Opinion and Order on Plaintiffs’ and Defendants’ respective Motions for Summary Judgment. For the reasons stated herein, the Defendants’Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED because the Plaintiffs have not provided expert testimony or proved that they could have obtained the investors necessary to fulfill the contract.
