A Tazewell County jury convicted Mark Anthony Graham of statutory burglary, grand larceny of a firearm, shooting into an occupied building, and possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony. He was acquitted of four other felonies: aggravated malicious wounding, attempted malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of aggravated malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of attempted malicious wounding.
