The petition in the present case concerns a discovery dispute in a tort action alleging sexual misconduct by a supervisor. Laura Kay Carlisle petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Escam-bia Circuit Court to issue a protective order pursuant to Rule 26(c), Ala. R. Civ.
