Plaintiff Rochelle Ibarrola1 brings this putative class action against Kind, LLC, a maker of food products. Ibarrola purchased one of Kind’s products — Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds (“Vanilla Blueberry Clusters”) — on two occasions in 2013.
