— Suit by S. Cary Evans, equitable assignee of the Fort Wayne, Jackson and Saginaw Railroad Co., against Henry Drover, on the subscription of stock copied below, which was obtained as shown by the following lettei’s:

On the 16th of March, 1869, the following letter was written by S. Cary Evans and J. R. Prentiss to Henry Drover:

“Fort Wayne, Ind., March 6th, 1869.
“ Mr. Henry Drover, Huntington:
