In this personal injury case in which the plaintiff, David Carlisle, 1 alleges injuries sustained while riding in an elevator, the trial court denied motions for summary judgment filed by defendants Shambaugh & Son, Inc., and Koorsen Protective Service, Inc., but granted leave for an interlocutory appeal.
