This case originated in the County Court of Bexar County and the Supreme Court therefore has no jurisdiction unless there has developed a conflict between the decision of the Court of Civil Appeals therein and that of another Court of Civil Appeals or of the Supreme Court. Art. 1821, Rev. Stat., 1925, as amended, 41st Leg., Chap. 33, Sec. 1, p. 68.
