In accordance with his pleas, the military judge sitting alone as a special court-martial convicted appellant of three specifications of failure to go to appointed place of duty, in violation of Article 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 886, disobedience of a lawful order, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 892, and breaking restriction in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
