In an appeal of the findings and conclusions of an appeals panel of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission (hereinafter “TWCC”) to a district court, 1 a jury ruled in favor of Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company (hereinafter “Hartford”) and against both benefits claimant Anne English and TWCC, which had intervened on her side.
