Appellant brought suit in the municipal court of Chicago against appellee for damages because of the alleged failure of appellee to carry out a contract to deliver a certain quantity of children’s dresses. After the issues were settled the case was heard in the municipal court by the judge without a jury and judgment entered' for appellant in the sum of $2970. The cause was appealed to the Appellate Court for the First District, where, the judgment was reversed and the cause remanded as to certain portions thereof.
