Smith v. Epstein Realty Co.

This is an action for personal injuries sustained in a fall down a stairway. Defendants alleged the accident was due to the negligence of the plaintiff. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence the court sustained motion for directed verdict. The jury were thereupon discharged and the cause dismissed.
