This action was brought by Ethyl LaFleur, as administratrix of the estate of Harry C. LaFleur, deceased, against William Poeseh and the Cudahy Packing Company to recover damages for alleged negligence resulting in the death of her husband, Harry C. LaFleur. The Western Public Service Company, by whom Harry C. LaFleur was employed at the time of the accident which resulted in his death, paid compensation under the workmen’s compensation act to his widow and was joined as a defendant so that it might be subrogated to the rights of the plaintiff for such sums as it had…
