This case was an attempt by appellee, Charles Veith, to “pierce the corporate veil” and hold the majority shareholders personally liable for money loaned to the corporation after appellee was terminated as an officer and director of the corporation. The trial court decided that appellee would be allowed to pierce the corporate veil, though specifically finding that there was no fraud, illegality, or overreaching by appellants.
