BECKER, Judge:

Among other issues, this case requires us to address a trial counsel’s discovery obligations under R.C.M. 701 and Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963), and a client’s waiver of privilege as to confidential lawyer-client communications. Contrary to his pleas, members convicted the appellant of one specification of conspiracy to obstruct justice in violation of Article 81, UCMJ,1 three specifications of conduct unbecoming an officer either by false swearing or attempting to influence a witness’ testimony in violation of Article…
