Pan American Petroleum Corporation, hereinafter called Pan American for the sake of convenience, a wholesale distributor of gasoline, kerosene, motor oil, grease, and other products, and Peter J. Batrous, its distributor in Pike County, and two adjoining Mississippi counties, and sub-lessee of the service station, which is the basis of this litigation, sued Edward H.
