This is an appeal from a judgment of the Bolivar County Circuit Court for the Second Judicial District for said county affirming a judgment for the appellee *371in the Bolivar County Court for the Second Judicial District of said county.

This cause involves a suit for deficiency judgment in the sum of $665.85, plus 15% attorneys’ fees in the amount of $490.97, against the appellee by the appellant arising out of a conditional sales contract entered into by the appellee on February 23, 1961.
