SILVESTRI, Senior Judge.
The Erie Municipal Airport Authority (EMAA) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Erie County entering judgment in the amount of $315,000.00 against EMAA as estimated just compensation for a de facto taking based upon the report of an impartial appraiser previously appointed by the court. EMAA contends that the trial court erred in determining that the condemnees, Louis J. Agostini, Norman J. Cutri and Riviera Estates (Agostini/Cutri), proved by clear and indubitable evidence that EMAA rendered its estimate of just compensation in palpable bad faith.…
