Erie Municipal Airport Authority (Authority) appeals the orders of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas dated November 10, 1988 and December 7, 1988 1 which respectively dismissed the Authority’s preliminary objections to the petition for appointment of viewers (petition) filed by Louis J. Agostini, Norman J. Cutri, and Riviera Estates (Appellees) 2 and sustained Appellees’ preliminary objections to the Authority’s declaration of taking.
