Petitioner Kenny Payne has moved to vacate and modify the arbitrator’s March 24, 2004 award rendered in a labor arbitration between Giant Food LLC (“Giant”), his former employer, and Teamsters Warehouse Employees Union No. 730 (“Union”), his exclusive collective bargaining representative.
