Plaintiffs brought this action to quiet their title to certain lands as against any claims of the defendants. The cause was tried to the court sitting without a jury. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs’ case, the defendants interposed a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence and a motion to dismiss the action. The challenge was sustained and the motion was granted by the trial court. The plaintiffs thereupon moved for judgment notwithstanding the oral decision of the court or, in the alternative, for a new trial.
