OPINION

SAM NUCHIA, Justice.

After the trial court denied his motion to suppress evidence, appellant, Steven James Taylor, pleaded guilty to the offense of endangering a child. The trial court deferred adjudication, placed appellant on community supervision for four years, and assessed a fine of $500. We determine whether the trial court abused its discretion in denying the motion to suppress the evidence stemming from an out-of-jurisdietion stop by Deputy Gutierrez. We. affirm.
