ELDRIDGE, Judge.

The appellant, who is listed in the caption of this case as “Unnamed Attorney,” has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 1972. In early 1983, the Attorney Grievance Commission received several complaints concerning “flyers,” advertising the appellant’s services. Persons who had been involved in automobile accidents had received these flyers in the mail.
