McCONNELL, Circuit Judge.
Steven Jones was convicted for his part in a conspiracy to manufacture, distribute, and use cocaine base, and sentenced to 300 months incarceration. His appeal alleges a host of due process violations, notably prosecutorial misconduct, in addition to improper jury instructions and sentencing violations. We find no reversible error in his trial proceedings, and we AFFIRM the conviction and sentence.
