MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
REGARDING LIABILITY
WARREN, District Judge.
This is a civil action in which the plaintiff, Arlene C. Wolf-Lillie, alleges that the Sheriff of Kenosha County, Gerald M. Sonquist, is liable for damages stemming from the violation of her constitutional rights when the sheriffs deputies executed an outdated writ of restitution. This action is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and 28 U.S.C. § 1343. Pursuant to the requests of the parties, the Court ordered the bifurcation of this trial.
