I. Introduction

The Prudential Insurance Company of America (Prudential) has filed a motion for a protective order concerning discovery which has been requested of it by the plaintiff in this action. Pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., plaintiff seeks judicial review of Prudential’s denial of her disability claim.
