This order considers two motions. Both motions arise from a discovery dispute that involves an Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) claim. See 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq. (DN 43, 46). The claim is brought by Plaintiff John A. Mullins, a former employee of Gordon Food Services (GFS). GFS maintains its own employee disability benefit plan, known as the GFS Division Voluntary Employee Benefit Plan (GFS Plan).
