OPINION
RICK STRANGE, Justice.
This is a wrongful death claim arising out of an on-the-job injury. Diane Gar rett, as next friend of Cheyenne Garrett, filed suit against Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, L.P. and Ricky White in Lubbock County. The defendants challenged venue, and the trial court transferred the suit to Scurry County. The Scurry County District Court granted Patterson’s and White’s motions for summary judgment. We affirm.
