DAVISON, Justice.

This is a suit to quiet title to an undivided one-half interest in the oil, gas and other minerals underlying a 100-acre tract of land in McClain County, Oklahoma, brought by Continental Oil Company, as plaintiff, against the defendants, The State of Oklahoma on relation of The Commissioners of *1003the Land Office of said State, and the Board of County Commissioners of McClain County, State of Oklahoma. The parties will he referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
