Before the Court is Appellant/Claimant Lisa Kelley’s (“Kelley”) appeal from a decision of the Industrial Accident Board (“IAB” or “Board”) granting Appellee/em-ployer Perdue Farm’s (“Perdue”) request for an offset representing fifty percent of short term disability payments made to the Claimant. The issue before the Court is whether an employer is entitled to an offset of workers’ compensation benefits when an employee has received benefits from a short term disability policy for which the employer and the employee have each paid fifty percent of the policy premium.
