MEMORANDUM DECISION

CHRISTENSEN, Senior District Judge.

Nevada Power Company (Nevada Power), the above-named plaintiff, filed applications for, and is maintaining related proceedings to obtain, necessary rights-of-way for the construction of the Allen-Warner Valley Electric Generation and Transmission System to be built in Nevada and southern Utah to furnish electricity to portions of southern Utah, Nevada and California.
