This appeal is brought under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking review of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security that denied the application of plaintiff, Hector O. Molina, for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. Pursuant to Rule 12(c), Fed.R.Civ.P., plaintiff has moved for judgment on the pleadings [Doc. # 5], asking us to reverse the decision of the Commissioner.
