In an action for a judgment declaring the rights and obligations of the parties under a policy of insurance, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Wood, J.), dated September 9, 1985, which, upon granting a motion of the defendant United States Fidelity and *147Guarantee Company (hereinafter USF&G) for summary judgment, dismissed the complaint insofar as it is asserted against it.
