R.S. 14:27 and 14:30.1; illegal possession of stolen firearms (count 4), a violation of La. R.S. 14:69.1(A); and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (count 5), a violation of La. R.S. 14:95.1. He pled not guilty to all counts.
