This is a contract action to recover for services rendered one Walter Philbrook, deceased. The writ dated December 26, 1974,1 named Mary C. Phil-brook, “Administratrix of the estate of Leonard W. Dolan”. The return of service showed that “(A) copy of the summons was mailed on January 20, 1975 to Mary C.
