This was a condemnation proceeding originating before the judge of the county court at law of Harris county, Tex., upon the petition of Houston independent school district against Jabe 0. Reader and his 'wife, Georgia H. Reader, Mrs. Mary Ann Sweeney, a widow, Ira P. Jones, Jr., and Ira P. Jones, Sr., as trustee, Bose Reader and J. F.
