THIS IS a Chapter 11 case involving James P. Haas, the Debtor and the matter *567under consideration is the dischargeability, vel non, of a debt admittedly owing by the Debtor to ComBank/Seminole County (ComBank), the Plaintiff who instituted this adversary proceeding.
