OPINION ANNOUNCING THE JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

MONTEMURO, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court, 440 Pa.Super. 633, 654 A.2d 600 which reversed the order of *422the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County granting Appellant’s Motion to Suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant. At issue is whether the affidavit underlying the search warrant is sufficient to establish probable cause as required by the Fourth Amendment of the Federal Constitution.1 Because we find that the affidavit provides a substantial basis to establish probable cause, we affirm the Superior…
