On September 17, 1984, defendant was indicted (indictment No. 59604) for the crimes of criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree and violation of Vehicle and Traffic Law § 401.
On January 8, 1985, pursuant to court order dated November 27, 1984, a hearing was held to determine the admissibility of any statements made by the defendant to the police and the admissibility of evidence of the Kawasaki motorcycle seized by the police.
