1. “An order which may be properly granted by a judge of the superior court at chambers may be granted by him while presiding in any county in his circuit.” Mize v. Harber, 189 Ga. 737 (6) (8 S. E. 2d, 1).

2. Under article 6, section 4, paragraph 8 of the Constitution (Code, Ann.
