These cross appeals involve the modification of the child support provisions contained in a separation agreement entered into between former spouses, Brian J. McNamara (husband) and Christine G. McNamara (wife). The husband challenges the portion of a judgment (modification judgment) of the Probate and Family Court dated September 30, 2016, requiring him to pay monthly child support of $5,000 to the wife.
