Plaintiff Ann Spears (“Spears”) brings this action seeking judicial review of the Social Security Administration’s (“SSA”) denial of her claim for disability insurance benefits provided by Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 and 1883, et. seq.
