*118It appears from the allegations of the petition that, a number of years ago, a joint drainage district was established in the counties of Monona and Harrison, which is known as the “Monona-Harrison Drainage Distriet No. 1.” Appellants are the duly elected, qualified, and acting trustees of said drainage district. The main ditch of said Monona-Harrison Drainage District No. 1 was constructed more than ten years prior to the commencement of this action. It starts from a point on the west fork of the Little Sioux Biver in the north part of Monona County, and runs in a south and southwesterly…
