OPINION

RENFRO, Justice.

Suit was brought by V. A. Andrews and one hundred two other taxpayers of the Granbury Independent School District for a temporary injunction and permanent injunction against the District to. prevent the District from putting into effect a contemplated tax plan for 1968.

Plaintiffs alleged the asserted values proposed by the District are far in excess of the actual values and such values are arbitrary, discriminative and illegal, being five to seven hundred per cent or more above the valuations for 1967; the plan is arbitrary and fundamentally erroneous; is in violation…
