CRUMP, ) ) Respondent. ) No. SC100343 ) ) ORIGINAL DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING The Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel (“OCDC”) seeks to discipline James T. Crump for multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct resulting from his management of two client trusts and his IOLTA account. Following an evidentiary hearing, a disciplinary hearing panel (“DHP”) recommended Crump be suspended without leave to apply for reinstatement for three years.
