In this pauper suit, the defendant rested its case on the evidence introduced by the plaintiff and moved for a directed verdict. This was denied and exception reserved. The jury then, under instructions, returned a verdict for the plaintiff and excep*428tion to that-ruling was noted. The case comes forward on these exceptions and a general motion for a new trial on the usual grounds.
